
Chel-Ski, London’s largest indoor ski slope are collaborating with Bluebird Chelsea, transforming their terrace and winter lodges into an alpine wonderland.
Bluebird Chel-Ski alpine lodges are decorated with old fashioned wooden ski’s and sledges, vintage posters and fur cushions.
Gooey cheese fondue, boozy hot chocolate and warming cocktails will be
served to create that après vibe. The pop up will run through February allowing all those Londoners who aren’t able to escape to the mountains a refuge in the City.
Whether you are a skier, snowboarder or prefer the après parties, Bluebird Chelsea has it all. A special alpine menu of fondues with baby sausages, roast potatoes, cornichons and grilled bread; veal and pork meatballs with a spiced tomato sauce and melted cheese; chicken schnitzel rolls with tomato and chilli jam and toasty Bramley apple pie will be on offer for diners. Alongside the comforting food, there will be a number of cocktails including Come In From The Cold with Ketel One, Ancho Reyes chilli liqueur, lime and ginger and Whiteout, a classic Ketel One martini with either a twist or olive.
