Éireann by A Taste of Ireland is making its UK premiere at the Peacock Theatre

A Taste of Ireland Dance

From the creators of the international hit A Taste of Ireland comes a new show — by A Taste of Ireland — a joyous blending of traditional Irish dance with cutting-edge stagecraft and a powerful original musical arrangement.

Running just for few days from 28 to 31 August 2025, Éireann invites the audience to embark on a powerful journey through Irish history — from ancient mythology and Viking conquests to the Famine, the Easter Rising and beyond.

A cast of 16 exceptional dancers and four musicians, featuring alumni from Riverdance and Lord of the Dance, are set to deliver a captivating performance that blends choreography, athleticism, and storytelling, supported by live movement and vocals alongside cinematic visuals that reflect Ireland’s emotional history.

The dancers hail from Ireland, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States — bringing international energy and technical excellence to every performance.

The dancers are supported by live musicians: Megan McGinley (Donegal): Fiddle – Lord of the Dance, Young Musician of the Year
Aaron O’Grady (Cork): Guitar – Musical Director: Celtic by Candlelight, Associate Musical Director: Éireann.

Created and directed by Brent Pace (A Taste of Ireland – Off Broadway), alongside co-direction from Ceili Moore (World Champion, Riverdance), and musical direction by Charlie Galloway (Talisk), this production showcases the vibrant spirit of Ireland and reimagines Irish dance for the 21st century.

Having toured across Australia, New Zealand, North America and most recently a critically acclaimed Off-Broadway run, this newly redeveloped version marks A Taste of Ireland’s first major West End appearance.

With limited performances from 28 to 31 August and ticket prices from just £18Éireann by A Taste of Ireland at Peacock Theatre is a powerful and poetic celebration of tradition, folklore and innovation. Age recommendation is 8+.
