
This year’s theme is Space and there is intergalactic outdoor theatre performances, pop-up planetariums and the Space Station installations to get all space hoppers excited.
The children and families programme is sponsored by Leyf Nurseries this year and is brimming with fun free events including the Shambush Space Station Art Installation which will be touring neighbourhoods across SW1 and the finale event the Out of this World Fun Afternoon hosted by The Pimlico Million, at Churchill Square on the 20th of July. The Space Station produced by Shambush! & SouthWestFest
This summer celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Moon landing with Shambush! and their Space Station. An accumulative artwork, fun for young children and families. Shambush! will lead intrepid explorers in building a giant space station with crafty materials made over the 4 weekends of SouthWestFest. Join in painting and making special solar panels for the Shambush space station. Collect stickers from each training camp to become a fully qualified Sham-Astronaut and discover the secrets inside the Space Station, an exploration of all things out of this world!
