A team of seasoned theatre professionals have joined forces to bring you Titania’s Dream, an enchanted open-air, interactive, theatrical experience inspired by Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’.
We are big fans of Fulham Palace – it is a calm oasis with 13 acres of botanic gardens and plenty of horticultural delights to enchant the senses and bring nature into the heart of West London. So when we heard there was an outdoor performance for the whole family, we quickly booked our tickets and were ready to join in the fun.
We arrived at the palace just after our booked slot thanks to London traffic (we are based in East London) but fortunately the staff members were very accommodating and allowed us to join the next group.
The experience takes place entirely outdoors so visitors are encouraged to dress for the weather (and be mindful that the pathways are not buggy friendly). You will encounter fairies and goblins and take part in a miniature production.
The kids were particularly delighted by the AR elements in the performance where after you download an app you can search through woodland for five different fairies which come to life once your device hovers over the image. It is only after all five fairies are found that audience members can progress along in the story.

Titania’s dream is an interesting experience that embraces the power of storytelling and of human connection. The event aims to inspire audiences young and old and this young Londoner loved the whole 50 minutes.
After our tour we enjoyed some lunch from the onsite cafe and played in Bishops Park playground. Titania’s Dream is on at Fulham Palace until 6th of June and tickets are £21 per adult and £15.50 for children more info and booking here.
For a chance to win a family ticket (two adults and two children) to the experience follow us on Instagram and keen an eye out before the end of May bank holiday.
