Winter Lights Festival returns from 20 to 31 January for its tenth year in Canary Wharf. This free and family friendly festival is guaranteed to enchant you and your loved ones on the dark January days!

Bringing together some of the most imaginative and exciting international artists working with light art today, the festival draws upon state-of-the-art light technology to deliver spectacular artworks, installations and experiences – many of them interactive or responsive.
This January 2026, the festival follows the theme of DREAMSCAPE, taking visitors on a journey through surreal, ethereal and uniquely human experiences, transforming Canary Wharf into a landscape of discovery and possibility. And, as with any lights festivals, there will be plenty of photo opportunities, great food and fun at this amazing London location.
