Paddington Central Launches the Summer of British Cricket

This summer, Paddington Central is delighted to partner with Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), owner of Lord’s Cricket Ground, and Middlesex Cricket to celebrate one of the UK’s favourite sports with the launch of a pop up cricket simulator. The simulator will be in place from 1st -14th July, open seven days a week from 11am – 7pm daily.

To celebrate the Launch of British Cricket, cricketing legends Angus Fraser (MD of Middlesex Cricket) and John Emburey (played for Middlesex and England) celebrated one of the UK’s favourite sports and met with local cricket fans including school children from Marylebone Boys School at Paddington Central.

Located in Paddington Central’s amphitheatre, the simulator, powered by BatFast will be free to use and aimed at players of all levels of ability – perfect for wannabe batters keen to become the next Eoin Morgan! Visitors will have the opportunity to compete to win a spot on the ‘Total Runs’ or ‘Best Over’ leader-boards, to be in with a chance of winning tickets to Vitality Blast matches at Lord’s.
