Celebrate National Children’s Day UK on Sunday 17 May 2020

National Children's Day UK is all about the importance of a healthy childhood and how we need to protect the rights and freedoms of children in order to ensure that they can grow into happy, healthy adults.

In 2020, while we are all dealing with the Coronavirus outbreak, it is a time when everybody can help raise awareness about the importance of our relationships, the need to protect the natural world and the small steps that we can all take to protect future generations.

Are you ready to become part of a national celebration of family and childhood?

The national Children’s Day website has a variety of ideas to keep children of all ages entertained. Children and young people are invited to think about the things they have experienced and learnt over the past few months, about what really matters in life.

It encourages young Londoners to think about the small steps they could take to help make happier families, stronger communities and a healthier and more connected planet.

Little humans can research and share the amazing, positive projects and messages that are already transforming the planetand we will show them on the newly created site The Children’s Voice.
