Under 12s go free at Chestertons Polo in the Park Family Day this June

Looking for a family day out in London this June? Chestertons Polo in the Park is bringing back its Family Day to Fulham and children under 12 go free.

Taking place on Sunday 7 June at Hurlingham Park, the event combines live polo, hands-on activities and festival-style entertainment, making it one of London’s more unusual family days out.

From 11am, families can take part in a giant “pitch invasion” with activities including beginner polo sessions with Hertfordshire Polo Academy, football coaching with Fulham FC Foundation, creative play with Sharky & George and Tarka, plus face painting and a bouncy castle.

At 1.15pm, the Knights of Middle England will take over the field with a live medieval performance featuring trick riding, battle skills and plenty of drama for younger visitors.

The afternoon then shifts into sport mode, with three polo matches taking place from 2pm and the final at 5pm. Alongside the action, expect street food, entertainment, shopping stalls and a lively summer atmosphere throughout the day.
